	Founder and President John P. Peeters, Ph.D. Dr. Peeters is the founder of Gentag, Inc. He is an expert on biomarkers, sensors and nanotechnologies and has worked at or in collaboration with several of the US National Laboratories, the US Government, the US National Academy of Sciences and the United Nations. Dr. Peeters holds a number of key patents including the first nanotechnology patent describing organic-inorganic interfaces for single biomolecules (US Patent 6,123,819). John Peeters obtained his Ph.D. from Cambridge University in England, a Masters in Genetics from the University of British Columbia and an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
	General Manager, Gentag Europe Marc F. Bense Marc Bense is located in The Netherlands and represents Gentag in Europe. Mr. Bense is well known in the RFID industry and is a frequently invited speaker at international RFID and Logistic congresses and workgroups. He has a broad experience in manufacturing, project management and sales in the RFID and Logistics-Postal Industry, having worked in these areas for the past 12 years. He has built a wide industry network in China and Taiwan over the last 25 years. He is the founder of TopTroniQ, which has its own design and production facilities in China and Taiwan and is specialized in the manufacturing of transponders for "Harsh Environments". Mr. Bense is member of the world PJM Team and he has direct connections with the semiconductor industry such as Philips (NXP), ST, EM, Impinj, Magellan and Infineon. Mr. Bense has studied law at de Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, understands Spanish and is fluent in English, French, German, Greek and Dutch.
	Vice President, Sales - North America David Finkelstein David Finkelstein is one of the founders of BrightCard, bringing over 25 years experience in international high-tech marketing to the company. Prior to founding BrightCard , he was in charge of US operations for UDcast, a French company providing IP services over wireless networks. Before UDcast he was SVP of Marketing and Business Development with SkyBridge, the Alcatel-led project to provide high-speed last-mile services with a constellation of Low-Earth Orbit satellites. Mr. Finkelstein spent 6 years in the international division of British Telecom (BT), where he held several senior sales, marketing, and business development positions. He has also worked as a management consultant with Touche Ross & Co. in New York. Mr. Finkelstein received a B.S. Degree in Economics and Computer Sciences from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and an MBA from Stanford University.
	Vice President, Corporate Communications Norman Goldberg Norman Goldberg was the founder of Goldberg Marchesano Partners, one of the leading advertising and public relations firms in Washington, D.C. for over 25 years. His work for IKEA, National Geographic magazine, FlavorX, and Consolidated Edison of New York is heralded in the industry. Mr. Goldberg is Treasurer of Gentag and also serves on the Board of Directors of the company.
	Vice President, Software Joseph G. Gross Joe Gross is a senior software developer and has implemented the distributed RFID cell phone network system currently used by Gentag. He has been doing hardware and software development for nearly 10 years, ranging from digital systems design to high-performance distributed computing to web services development. In addition to currently leading software design and development for Gentag, Joe does research in computer architecture at the University of Maryland, specifically in the field of high-performance memory systems.
	Chief Science Advisor Rita Colwell, Ph.D. Dr. Rita Colwell is Distinguished University Professor at the University of Maryland, College Park and the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health; is the Former Director, National Science Foundation and is a recipient of the 2006 US National Medal of Science. Dr. Colwell is a member of the US National Academy of Sciences, has authored or co-authored 16 books, has published over 700 scientific papers, and has received 48 honorary degrees. Dr. Colwell will lead development of detection technologies that can be combined with cell phones for Homeland Security applications.
	Senior Business Advisor Thomas P. Stagnaro Mr. Stagnaro has spent more than 30 years as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Americas Biotech Distributor (ABD), which he founded in June 2004. Prior to founding ABD, Mr. Stagnaro was President and Chief Executive Officer of Agile Therapeutics, Inc., 3-Dimensional Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Univax Biologics, Inc. He began his career with Searle Laboratories. Mr. Stagnaro also serves as a director on the boards of Protalex, Inc. and Life Science Research Organization. During his career, Mr. Stagnaro has raised over $200 million for three development stage companies and successfully took Univax Biologics public in 1972.
	Director of Corporate Communications Marc Onigman Marc Onigman is the principal at The MarCeting Department, a full-service marketing/communications firm that specializes in start-ups in technology and health. The firm was instrumental in the recent successful launch of Sprint's unique MyFoodPhone product offering. Other clients include AdvanDx, a new Massachusetts pharmacodiagnostics company; coreperformance.com, a new website for high-performance athletes; and Load 'N Go Video, a new service that offers pre-loaded personal video players. Onigman is a 30-year veteran of the publishing sector, having held positions on the editorial and business sides of the industry.
	Focused Ion Beam and Nanofabrication John Melngailis, Ph.D. Dr. Melngailis is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland and is an internationally known expert in micro and nanofabrication, in particular focused ion beam (FIB) nanofabrication. He is a key Gentag partner and liaison with the School of Engineering at the University of Maryland.
	Chip Design and Wireless Triangulation Michael L. Lovejoy, Ph.D. Dr. Lovejoy developed the non-GPS, Radar Responsive tag at Sandia National Laboratories and is an expert in wireless chip technologies. He currently works at the Xilinx Corporation as a senior chip designer. Prior to that he worked at Philips Semiconductors and at Sandia. He is the co-inventor of US Patent 6,031,454, jointly with Dr. Peeters.
